CONTEST TIME: Star Wars – Force for Change

With the upcoming productions of the independent Han Solo movie and Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the “Star Wars” franchise in collaboration with charity organizer Omaze has created the Star Wars: Force for Change initiative. This initiative, taking place between April 11 until May 11th of this year, will benefit UNICEF and Starlight Children’s Foundation; this is SCF’s first year collaborating with Force for Change, setting out to assist the foundation as it works to support seriously ill children and their families, while UNICEF has worked with the campaign since 2014 to raise over $9 million for children in vulnerable and impoverished countries.

The contest appeals to Star Wars fans old and new, giving chances to win once in a lifetime experiences for any fan of the franchise. The campaign’s theme this year is “Past, Present, and Future”. The “Winner Experiences” are based around these settings and the Grand Prize winner will receive all THREE! The experiences are:

• PAST: Stay at Skywalker Ranch, tour the archives and the Ranch, and view a private screening of Star Wars IV: A New Hope!

• PRESENT: Join the cast, walk the red carpet, and attend the premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi and the after party!

• FUTURE: Visit the set of the upcoming, untitled Han Solo Movie, get a VIP tour on set, meet the directors, and HAVE A CHANCE TO APPEAR IN THE FILM!

So how does one enter this amazing contest? It’s pretty simple. Pledge a minimum of $10 to enter 100 entries to win. Since this is a charity event, this will not be a free-to-enter contest. However, the more you pledge, the more perks you get and the more entries you get! You can simply donate the $10 minimum and get your 100 entires, or you can donate $15, $20, even up to $50,000!
