STEP AWAY FROM THE ARTICLE IF YOU HATE SPOILERS!

If not, feel free to read on! We have cameos, easter eggs, and references galore so step right up! Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is slated for the big screen tomorrow in Canada and the U.S. and the world is hyped! But can we all agree, we love finding the hidden cameos and references to other films and media in movies we love. So here are a few already known to be mentioned in GOTGII.

First off, cameos. Stan Lee, creator of all things wonderful in Marvel comics, will be an obvious choice for a cameo; however, you will also see and hear cameos by Sylvester Stallone, Miley Cyrus, Rob Zombie, David Hasselhoff, Seth Green’s Howard the Duck, and Jeff Goldblum in various acting and voice roles. Jeff Goldblum will be portraying the Grandmaster, who will have a larger role in Thor: Ragnarok which is to be released November 3 of this year.

References in the film to will include the entity of Eternity, which makes up all of the Marvel comics universe; a subtle reference to the television show Mork and Mindy, 80’s arcade game sound effects, and Pac-Man!

But a final clue to the film series future comes in the form of an Easter Egg in the credits. After Ayesha is defeated by the Guardians, she creates the perfect being to assist her in exacting her revenge, encasing him in a golden cocoon until he is ready to come to life. His name? Adam. This can only lead to the assumption that the plan for the third installment in the series will include Adam Warlock, a powerful artificial human who aids in saving Earth through out the Marvel Universe! Will there be more hidden clues to find? You’ll have to watch the movie to find that out!
